ROLE TITLE: FRONT DESK/ONLINE SALES OFFICER
LOCATION: ABIJO GRA, IBEJU-LEKKI LGA, LAGOS.
SALARY: N120,000 Monthly
We are looking for female/male Front Desk/Online Sales Officers to provide excellent customer service.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Greet and welcome customers/clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, and programs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or consultations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Ensure visitors sign in and comply with company security procedures.
• Manage incoming online leads through social media, email, chat, and website inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid persuasion and consultative approaches.
• Maintain detailed sales records in the company’s CRM or database.
• Assist in creating online sales campaigns and promotional content.
• Respond to customer questions on social platforms, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
• Track sales performance and report on customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS:*
✓ The person should be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty. You should be able to answer questions, relay messages, and provide information to others in a clear and concise manner.
✓ The person should be able to multitask. She must have the skills required to complete all tasks efficiently.
✓ The person must have the ability to use technology(phone, laptop) to perform your job duties.
✓ The person should have good customer service skills. She should be friendly and welcoming to everyone she meets.
✓ The person should be able to answer questions and solve problems.
✓ You should also be familiar with software programs like email, word processing, and scheduling programs.
✓ *Ability to create online content is a must*
