• Trust takes time to develop
• Leadership is proven during difficult moments
• Stable income usually comes from people who stayed long enough to build something solid
Sometimes the issue is not the company.
Sometimes the issue is that many people are addicted to starting over instead of developing the skills required to grow through challenges.
