As a leader, don’t get frustrated when your team keeps asking the same questions.
See it as feedback. It usually means one thing: They’re confused.
And when people aren’t clear, they hesitate.
They wait for the “perfect” time instead of taking action.
Many leaders mistake this for laziness or a lack of commitment.
But more often than not, it’s a clarity problem.
If your team keeps asking:
“What should I say?”
“When should I follow up?”
“How do I invite people?”
Don’t just answer the question. Help them understand the process.
One of the greatest gifts you can give your team isn’t more motivation, it’s more clarity.
When people know exactly what to do, they’re far more likely to do it.
Think about your own team. Are they asking questions because they’re curious, or because they’re confused?
