My approach to resolving this challenge is to have these three (3) categories of stocks (Dividend, Growth and Value) in my portfolio at the very minimum.

Hey guys!
I’m sharing the return I’ve made on my investment in Apple to encourage some of you to start buying shares regardless of how little. The key is to start small, diversify and keep building consistently. There have been times when this return has been negative but I’m in for the long run and so I never get bothered by how the market moves. I keep investing with what I can afford and diversify across several sectors so that when one sector is performing negatively, it will be offset by gains in another sector that is performing positively.

Since I arrived at Canada, I’ve focused my investment portfolio on stocks, high risk ETFs and high risk mutual funds - I’m still young so I can take risk…lol 😂 I do have some emergency fund that I’m building by the side so that if this risk crystallizes, I won’t have to start all over again and I’m protected to a certain extent.
