Every company has two cultures:
1. The one leadership thinks they built.
2. The one employees actually experience.
When you’re at the top, proximity to power means you often get curated performances and incomplete data. True culture isn’t written in a handbook, it’s how conflict is handled, who gets protected, and what behaviors are tolerated.
