Anyways, random thought from my noisy head: value and perceived value are not always the same thing.

Most ads, branding, and marketing efforts are simply trying to shape perception.

Because in many cases, people don't buy the product first.

They buy what they believe the product represents.

One of my oga's once asked. "Oyindamola which do you prefer? Remote work or Hybrid"
I responded..... "Soft life hybrid"

which one is soft life hybrid.

Well 75% remote. The remaining 25% is to place dress up on onsite days and catch up with everyone.

Bulk of the work still gets done in pyjamas when the world is asleep.

Am I the only one who thinks this way?

Whether you are spending 50k or 3.5M on paid adverts, the rule remains the same: Never scale a campaign that isn’t working at a small level.

Test your hooks, test your creative angles, and test your audiences with small budgets first.

Once you see a high conversion rate, then pour in the big money.

Don't throw cash at a broken funnel.

It was a massive project combining influencer marketing, a heavy corporate social responsibility (CSR) track, and millions in ad spend.
I had to handle the project management completely by myself.
It was terrifying.

But it taught me the definition of success: Success is not dramatic.

It’s just a long list of small failures that finally decided to work when you weren’t even looking.

Don't fear the big, scary projects. Fail fast, adjust on the fly, and keep going.

The breakthrough is usually on the other side of "I hope I don't blow this up".
