Workshop Overview
As customers become increasingly discerning in making choices in the market space, the need for uniqueness in value creation and proposition also become increasingly challenging to business organizations. In such situation, organizations that invest significantly in training of their people are likely to out-perform their peers in creating, proposing and delivering unique values to customers and other stakeholders.
Course Objective
A business organization that desires to meet the changing needs of its customers and achieve its clearly defined goals and objectives within its operating circles will need to regularly scale up consultative selling skills in its frontline people to enhance performance. Fundamentals of sales strategy (approaches to selling, sales planning & cost effective territory delineation, elements of sales strategy);
What is value, how businesses create value and propose same to customers;
Consultative Selling and Solution Selling –their basic elements, commonalities & difference;
Sales presentations (principles of selling, effective sales presentation skills, objection handling, negotiation skills, closing the sale, relationship management etc.);
Practical exposure to selling, customer acquisition and managing relationship.
