3. Diabetes is a leading cause of heart disease, kidney failure, and blindness.
4. Type 2 diabetes is preventable through healthy lifestyle choices.
Symptoms:
1. Increased thirst and urination
2. Fatigue
3. Blurred vision
4. Slow healing wounds
Prevention Tips:
1. Maintain healthy weight
2. Exercise regularly
3. Eat balanced diet
4. Monitor blood sugar levels
Support:
1. Educate yourself and others.
2. Encourage screening and early detection.
3. Support people living with diabetes.
AVOID ALCOHOLIC CONSUMPTIONS AND SMOKING
