Eat biotin-rich food { eggs ,nuts } use gentle, natural shampoo and avoid tight hairstyles . Be patient it often slows after your baby's first birthday.

My personal journey I started experiencing hair loss right from my pregnancy stage to nursing stage of twins be patient mama I understand this and It will be over soon .

The position I stay mostly is the football hold , especially when my babies are crying at the same time ..... hehehe sore ni***es was real 😁😁 I exclusively breastfed my twins is by God's grace

I do cradle position wben one baby is sleeping and side lying at night and when I am exhausted
