If waking up at 4am and getting home by 10pm made people rich...

Lagos would be the wealthiest city on earth — you need leverage.

At 39, I was starting over… from zero.

No pedigree.
No safety net.

Just lessons from a business that had failed — and bills that didn’t care.

In 2021, after an FMCG business I ran with a close friend collapsed, I found myself at a crossroads.

Pride was bruised. Confidence was shaken. I had just lost my dad. No money in my bank accounts. But quitting wasn’t an option.

I walked into the asset management industry not as a sales superstar, but as a ''CONTRACT STAFF'' at EDC Nigeria. I was older than most in the room. I traded ego for effort and stayed relentlessly hungry.

Life wasn’t soft. I was at my lowest point in life. It felt like I was watching life pass me by...

Cold calls. Rejections. Long days, and the continued struggle to make ends meet... Not to even talk about the quiet nights when I asked myself if I was foolish to start again so late.

That year, my annual target was about ₦500 million.

At first, I was scared; I thought it was impossible. But I had no choice. I hit it.

With hundreds of accounts, one conversation at a time.

Not because I was the smartest — but because failure had trained me to outwork doubt.

In 2023, I moved to Norrenberger. I grew. I learned. I refined my craft. And in June 2025, I took another leap — joining Parthian Capital as a Senior Associate.

Today, when I look back, I don’t see a late starter. I see a man who refused to let timing shame him.

If you’re reading this and you feel behind, or you’re rebuilding after a loss.

If you think it’s “too late” to pivot — Hear this clearly: it’s not.

Sometimes life doesn’t delay you. It prepares you.

This is not a success story. It’s a continuation story. And I’m just getting started.

Most Nigerians don’t struggle with money because they don’t earn enough.

They struggle because they don’t know where or how to invest intelligently.

That’s why I put together this 3-minute walkthrough video showing exactly how to use the i-INVEST app to build real investments — not guesses.

In this short video, I explain how you can invest in:

• Equities (stocks)
• Mutual Funds (Naira & USD)
• Fixed Deposits
• Treasury Bills
• Other structured investment products

All from one secure, regulated platform.

The goal isn’t to chase quick money.
The goal is to help you understand your options, reduce uncertainty, and start building medium- to long-term wealth with clarity and confidence.

If you’ve ever said: “I want my money to work for me, but I don’t know where to start” — this video was made for you.

Take a few minutes.
Learn the system.
Then move at your own pace.
