Give them something simple but practical:
1. The “Invisible Choices” Conversation
Ask daily: “What good choice did you make today when nobody saw?”
Celebrate honesty—even when mistakes are admitted
2. Model It
Let children SEE integrity:
Returning extra change
Admitting small mistakes
Keeping promises
3. Trust + Accountability Balance
Give small responsibilities:
“You can do this without me checking”
Then affirm: “I trust you to do what is right.”
