*DEAR SCHOOL OWNERS ,* *INTRODUCE CHANGES THAT* *WILL CATAPULT YOUR* *SCHOOL INTO* *EXPONENTIAL GROWTH* *THIS YEAR* βοΈπ€πΎ
As the popular saying goes : "New year ,new system " This axiom is applicable to both lives and businesses ! A life and business without new systems ,ideas and changes ,will systematically miss and lose out that year ! Any School Owner that fails to introduce new changes and systems into the School for another year will miss and fail to record tangible and substancial growth that year ! Every change or system you introduce into your business ,will automatically work with the law of attraction and attracts to itself a corresponding result π€βπ»
π One of the Schools I consult for had twelve buses but instead of growth,the bus department was bringing a lot of headaches to me as a Consultant and affecting the growth of the School negatively ,so I cancelled it in January 2021 and the growth of the School stablished and je**ed up π³
πΎ I introduced " *Competition* *class* " for one of my Schools in 2017 and made compulsory for all Pupils and Students of the School ,to God be the glory ,the School came second,third and fifth at different external competitions that year πβπ»

*A school that lacks* *changes ,will miss the next* *phase of explosive growth* !
π You may have good physical structure , good teachers but if you fail to bring in new new things and systems for a new year, there will be no growth , though the School may not close down π€
1οΈβ£ . In the area of academics , what changes are you bringing in ? My son in Basic two told me yesterday that they now have English Language and Mathematics Teachers separately instead of one Teacher teaching all the Subjects , honestly,I was happy with the idea π! I once introduced "fingered Mathematics " to one of my Schools at the beginning of a new year ,fingered Mathematics makes calculations ,simple arithmetics and Mathematics easy .π€πΎβπ»
2οΈβ£ . *Leadership :* When a school has leadership issues ,growth is suspended or aborted . School operation in this 21st century needs a well grounded leadership touch . A school with accidental leadership will find it difficult to grow . Accidental leadership in school setting is a situation where the Proprietor and the Head Teacher of the School don't know their areas of duties and responsibilities. A school with accidental leadership will lack objectivity ! Therefore ,this year ,what improvements and changes are you introducing into your School ? Understand fully well that leadership is hard work ,it goes beyond wearing suits and raising shoulders . For a School to work in all areas ,it must have a working leadership . Bring changes here . Introduce *M.B. O .* ! Alright ?
3οΈβ£. *Spiritual department* : What changes are you bringing here ,list them down ! It doesn't matter where the School is located and operated from ,when it lacks important nuggets in this area ,other ideas and changes introduced in other departments become useless . A Teacher in one of the Schools I consult for was the prayer leader but outside the School was a big enemy who was diligently working against the interest of the School and sabotaging my efforts.What is the purpose of having a Teacher that pray violently for the School in the morning but in the evening destroying the School? The hawk _ eyed man of the inside located and showed her the exit gate . This marked the era of peace and some levels of growth . A Proprietor that's not serious spiritually , will definitely lack numerical testimony. This area also needs new things ,see to it .
