*STAGE 1*
When you get 2 of your friends/family to become a partner, you get $8 each on the 2 of them, making $16. When they do the same, they get their own $16 also and you are done with your own STAGE 1. You get a matrix bonus of $10 for finishing STAGE 1 also, making a total of [ $26 ($16 + $10) ] for your STAGE 1.
*Now, someone asked what if I have more than 2 people who wants to join?*
If you have more than 2 people who wants to join, this is what will happen.
After your first 2 people, every other person you register will go as spill over, under those first 2 people you registered and you still get your referral bonus of $8 on each of them. There are some other additional incentives/reward in STAGE 3.
1. You get a brand new Hyundai car or GAC car.
2. You nominate 2 less privileged people for Empowerment, Helping Hands would give them $1,000 each on your behalf.
5% matching bonus ($150) goes to the person that registered you.
*STAGE 4*
As you finish your STAGE 3, you move to STAGE 4 and become a MINISTER. There are 5 levels in your STAGE 4 and as each of the levels gets filled with those who have finish STAGE 3 in your team, you get paid. The total matrix bonus you get in your STAGE 4 is $6,000.
*STAGE 4 ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES/REWARDS*
There are some other additional incentives/reward in your STAGE 4.
1. You get an Executive Hyundai car
2. You nominate 1 Motherless Home for Empowerment.
3. You get an interest Free loan (up to $12,000) on request.
5% matching bonus ($300) goes to the person that registered you.
*STAGE 5*
As you finish your STAGE 4, you move to STAGE 5 and become a PRIME MINISTER. There are 2 levels in your STAGE 5 and as each of the levels gets filled with those who have finish STAGE 4 in your team, you get paid. The total matrix bonus you get in your STAGE 5 is $12,000.
*STAGE 5 ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES/REWARDS*
There are some other additional incentives/reward in your STAGE 5.
1. You get a Housing fund of $40,000 to start your own house.

*finally TRUSTEE STAGE*
As you finish your STAGE 5, you move to the *FINAL STAGE* and become a member of board of trustee (DIRECTOR). There are 3 levels in your TRUSTEE STAGE and as each of the levels gets filled with those who have finished STAGE 5 in your team, such that the 3 levels of the TRUSTEE STAGE are completed you get paid. The total matrix bonus you get in your TRUSTEE STAGE is $80,000.
*TRUSTEE STAGE ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES/REWARDS*
There are some other additional incentives/reward in your TRUSTEE STAGE .
1. Residual income for Life ($10,000)
2. Become a director in charge of the next-in-line-country to be launched (with 1% commission on all sign ups from such country).
3. Automatic yearly qualification to attend our AGM Abroad.
4. As a director, you are entitled to recommend yearly:
a. 2 orphans from any orphanage home (in your neighbourhood) for scholarship award
b. Scholarship Award for 2 people who must be from your religious settings that you belong (church or mosque) all of these people shall be empowered same day after Bering investigated.
