HOW SOME FRIENDS GANGED UP TO BETRAY PRINCE Adelaja Adeoye; MD/CEO FENDINI HOMES LIMITED

- They came for arrest on Saturday 14th June, 2025 after I was tricked into a supposed business meeting without any form of previous invitation.
- I was recorded during the process by police officer Chimobi Dennis, a member of IGP Monitoring team, Force Headquarters Abuja, and the video was shared to journalist on standby, ready to publish the already written story of the arrest.
- I was whisked to Abuja with my phone's confiscated by the Police officer Chimobi Dennis, who came along with one ASP Mary, and 3 others, who are not identified.
- I was driven in a black Toyota Landcruiser jeep to Lagos Airport where I was given a boarding pass with my name in it.
- A friend journalist called and told me the night I was arrested and bailed on self recognition, that he has a video (Attached here) of me that they asked them to publish with a story of my arrest for forgery and falsification of documents, which is very laughable for a Project Oyo State government gave to my Company Fendini about 5 years ago, with nearly N2b already invested into it.

- Bloggers and Twitter influencers started trending on Twitter to tarnish my name, and destroy my business
- Friends and family members started calling to inform me that they saw stories of my arrest on Opera, blogs and social media.

- It became very obvious that this is not just an arrest but something more sinister is underlayed.
- I was told to come to Abuja with Evidence to answer the petition written against me on Tuesday June 17th, 2025 , later that same day when I had already been in Abuja, the police officer who came to arrest me, Chimobi Dennis, said I should hold on till he calls me. I didn't receive any call from him, and I left Abuja for Ibadan to submit a report demanded for a Presentation to Govt, only for them to call Barr Deji Adeyanju who was with me during my bail that I didn't show up on Wednesday, June 18th, 2025.
- Apparently, everything seems planned out, I started seeing the social media influencers Tweeting that I jumped bail, that I was given bail, but ran away.
- I became really more concerned that this is not an arrest but something else, when I discovered the amount of media war being waged against me, and my company, also defaming Oyo State Government who is the promoter of the Project.
- We have filed a frep against Police, and the petitioners and advanced copy reached them on Wednesday morning June 18th, 2025, despite this, they are hello bent, and not ready to obey the rules of law.
- I will be going back to Police Headquarters on Monday June 23rd, 2025 with the documents showing my ownership of the project.
- The people they are using, Sheriff Jimoh, and Lanre Ogundare claiming the project through a company called Privus Crest, were the two people I invited and co-opted during the time I was prospecting the project, and later connived and wanted to edge me out to claim the ownership of the project, but didn't allow them.
