Don't make a stumbling block out of a stepping stone.
That situation is not meant to hinder or destroy you but to uplift you and bring out the best in you. Just rise above the it, develop a positive mindset, be hopeful and optimistic. You are more than a conqueror.

You are special and divinely created by God. You are the handiwork of God, created for perfection. You are unique and completed in Him. See yourself the way God sees you and don't pay attention to other people's opinions of you. Hey! Put a smile on your face, the future is bright.

Forgiving and moving on doesn't mean forgetting what was done to you but not allowing the hurt, bitterness or pain inflicted on you by the offender or oppressors to control the circumstances of your existence. I'm not saying you should forget but rise above the power of the hurt to control your emotions. forgiveness is strength without the offender tendering an apology.
