· Counting of stock (weekly, monthly, quarterly), stock reconciliation and sign off.
· Preparation of daily sales report and reconciling with cashier and storekeeper registers
· Monitoring of cash lodgments and other deposits to bank
· Preparation of monthly bank scheme and bank promo report to head office finance for credit note in favor of the branch
· Confirmation of LTO and LTI issued and weekly sign off by accountant, storekeeper and manager
· Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by any customer or to any supplier.
· Preparation of branch monthly payroll
· Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report
· Make audit returns - sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.
· Schedule of goods returned to CWH with GRN confirmations received & including LTI
· Inter-branch supply - confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods

• Prospect and convert Corporate clients for the organization
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.

• Follow-up with Sales Team on lead generation, prospection and timely delivery for rental business in consultation with Line Manager
• Follow up debtors on a regular basis to maximize payment collection for rented vehicles
• Design, implement and control key operational procedures and processes related to rental business
• Design, implement and control the vehicle handover process to customer with proper documentation

Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: VI, Lagos

Job Description
• Overseeing budget, financial performance management, financial strategy, development and ex*****on.
• Ensure business adherence to financial management system, policies and processes.
• Draw up monthly, quarterly and yearly performance report for business review meeting.
• Ensure integration of operational & financial measures aimed at efficiency, growth & profitability of the business in long term.
• Advise management of financial and monetary issues.
• Ensure proper managing budget processes, inclusive of periodic forecasting for the business and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting, financial information interpretation and control.
• Responsible for treasury, operational transactions form and working capital management.
• Accounts receivables and reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure statutory compliance and returns-Audit, Tax,(VAT,WHT,PAYE),etc.
• Manage the preparation of the departmental budgets and forecasts, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Any other duties and / or projects as required.

Educational Qualification
• B.Sc./HND, qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA or ACCA).
• The Head of Finance must also be technologically adept and possess exceptionally good computer skills, being highly proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the creation of financial reports. Also highly proficient in the use of financial software's

Experience
• The candidate for this position must have had at least 7 years of working experience in a corporate finance position within a fast-moving and dynamic business environment a strong understanding of structured finance transactions experience.
• The candidate must also demonstrate strong analytical skills acquired covering a broad spectrum of financial structures and financial business plans.
• Candidate will also have a deep understanding of accounting principles as well as a solid understanding of financial controls and procedures that are necessary for successful prevention, detection, and resolution of errors in the business’s accounting records.
