Looking for foods to add to your baby's pap to make it more nutritious?🤔
Try the following 👇
PROTEIN:Cooked egg yolk(mashed),chia seeds, ground flaxseed,date, Greek yoghurt,fish powder,ground crayfish... please soak chia seeds in water for 10mins before using.
VITAMINS AND MORE FIBRE: Mashed fruits(banana 🍌, apple 🍎 puree),Tiger nut powder,date fruit powder.
You can pick one item from each category above and add to it.You don't have to add all items at once.You can rotate the additions to achieve a wide variety of pap flavours.
