the Honorable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria dismissed the Restoration Applications filed By Chief Kanu Agabi (SAN) whom Akon Uwemedimo (wife) & Reginould Uwemedimo (son) contacted to bury the appeal of CCNL. (2) Akon Uwemedimo (wife) & Reginould Uwemedimo (son) sacked Babatunde Aiku (SAN) and Barrister Jesse Daniels who were dully briefed by CJA Uwemedimo (Late), and the duo hired the services of gross incompetent lawyers who finally killed Comandclem Nigeria Limited and destroyed the investments of innocent patentees. (3) Instead of Akon Uwemedimo (wife) & Reginould Uwemedimo (son) to expose the crime of Withdrawal Notice filed in the Supreme Court of Nigeria by Pastor Monday Obo Akpan haven being dismissed by CJA Uwemedimo (Late), the duo shielded the crime of Monday Obo Akpan only to jeopardize the investments of all patentees. This is the ruling of the court “The ruling was prepared by my learned brother, Honorable Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour (JSC), and haven considered the issues raised and the relieves sought by all applicants, my learned brother came to the conclusion that the motion filed on the 17th of October, 2017, is hereby dismissed since no exceptional circumstance was shown to restore the appeal dismissed on 5th day of May 2014, and the application is hereby dismissed. My learned brother, Honorable Justice Olukayode Ariwoola (JSC), was in the panel and he agreed with the rulings delivered. Also, my learned brother, Honorable Justice Chima Centus Nweze (JSC), agreed with the ruling and, also Honorable Justice Amina Augie (JSC), agreed with the ruling, and also my learned brother Honorable Justice Ejembi Eko (JSC), agreed with the ruling. (5) From the above ruling, it means the appeal of Comandclem Nigeria Limited is dead and finally buried because Pastor Monday Obo Akpan had withdrawn it in revenge of his dismissal from the company by the king. (6) Furthermore, the Honorable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria cannot award any royalty to Comandclem Nigeria Limited again where patentees are expected to be paid returns on their investments. (7) Unconfirmed rumors in circulation have been that Akon Uwemedimo (wife) & Reginould Uwemedimo (son) deliberately kill CCNL`s Appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria in return for some dollars negotiation with some officials of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited. (8) Any aggrieved patentee can institute a legal action against Akon Uwemedimo (wife) & Reginould Uwemedimo (son) for not following the legacies of CJA Uwemedimo and non-diligent case prosecution, praying the court to sell all the properties of duo to settle their registrations fees.
