EduP is a School Management System for the seamless management of school information/records and it will cut across
Accounting package; Business intelligence; Business process management; Parent-Teacher relationship management; Database; Master data management (MDM); Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
How it will works:
EduP is web-based application that works locally and online. It is scalable, customizable and user friendly.
Multiple users can use the application simultaneously in the school network.
EduP School Management Software enables seamless and defined access to school information and records locally and online. You do not need internet to enjoy multiple, simultaneous access in the school provided the systems are networked.
EduP has the following Modules:
Settings Module:
Configuration/customization of the software for school’s need.
Billing Module:
Process Students’ bills; Generate Bill Slips; Track debtors (Debtors list alert)Track total fees collected per day; view billing records of a class or students
Expenses Module:
Create expenses category peculiar to school; Log day-to-day expenses; View expenditure made per day, week, month, state time range etc.
Exams Module:
Process Students’ result; Set result sheet format; Print/email results,; auto create broadsheet, transcripts (can auto-email parents their wards result on pdf document format with a click)
Payroll Module
Prepare staff payroll (simple/advanced) ; Staff Loan Management; Print/email pay slips; View salary payment records
Staff Module: Manage staff records, and track experience.
Messaging Module: Send internal (without internet connection) and email messages
Attendance Module: Mark and view class attendance.
Backup: It has an auto-backup system in-order to safeguard your school data.
Birthday alerts: for students and staff.
Debtors List: Direct link to school debtors list on the homepage.
