Responsibilities
• The firm is seeking a dedicated and driven manager with appropriate experience to lead and drive all legal and compliance functions of the Group; and to oversee company secretarial functions.
• Managing records of contracts & other legal documents deposited with the legal team for safekeeping
• Providing legal advice and guidance in all matters concerning the laws and regulations governing the Group, its staff, legal structures, the conduct of its operations and transactions conducted by departments
• Coordinating and providing oversight over the Group’s subsidiaries/affiliates outside Nigeria and working with external administrators and counsel, where necessary
• Preparing and reviewing contracts required for the running of the operations of the Group
• When necessary, overseeing the defense and settlement of disputes and litigation involving the Group and liaising with external lawyers as required
• Conducting legal research prior to effecting corporate changes
• Organizing, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings and General Meetings

• Researching documents and case history to ensure the accuracy of legal advice and procedures

Requirements
• Must have a minimum Second-Class Upper Degree from a top tier University, and from Law School
• Must have a minimum of 5 – 7 years’ proven experience post NYSC
• ICSAN is an added advantage
• Strong industry networks within the recycling, logistics, and waste management sectors, with the
• ability to leverage relationships for business development.
• Proven ability to manage a budget and track financial performance

DESCRIPTION

Trustcrow is a Lagos-based prop tech company that specializes in an end-to-end platform for real estate transactions. We are building an online property platform to search, verify, purchase and exchange titles – all within your dashboard. Our service combines a property marketplace + the platform to pay for the property in a safe and transparent manner. Our focus is to protect the interest of buyers during property transactions, while connecting them with quality sellers. Trustcrow is a USA registered company with operations in Nigeria.

Qualifications and Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
● 7+ years in B2C product ownership, with a track record that demonstrates end-to-end delivery of products from conception through to delivery to customers, gathering data and making decisions to iterate where needed.
● Worked in, and delivered B2C products in Payments, or more generally the Fintech industry, or within a regulated environment.
● Understanding of UX with the ability to improve customer experiences, user journeys, and experience working with product designers to implement incremental changes to optimize features or add new ones.
● Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
● Solid background in software development work management tools (Jira, etc.).
● Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
● Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning.
● SQL knowledge is strongly preferred

Salary: N750,000-N1,500,000/month, depending on experience and skill level.
