PUBLIC NOTICE
This is to formally notify the general public, our valued customers, and prospective clients that Ebony Resources Concept Management, in collaboration with Ebony Resources Limited, shall commence the application of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of Seven Point Five Percent (7.5%) on all transactions carried out with the company, effective 1st January 2026.
This measure is in compliance with the relevant tax reform laws and statutory regulations governing the administration, collection, and remittance of VAT within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Consequently, all invoices, receipts, and payments issued from the effective date shall reflect the applicable VAT charge.
The implementation of VAT is strictly for the purpose of statutory compliance and accurate tax remittance to the appropriate government authorities and does not represent an arbitrary increase in the cost of our services or products.
