Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sample receival
• Responsible for sample registration within 48hrs of the sample receipt.
• Ensure retained samples are disposed properly as at when due.
• Responsible for ensuring all samples are properly packed in appropriate containers,
• adequately labelled, properly stored, retained, withdrawn, and disposed in accordance with the SOP.
• Support documentation Control
• Responsible for communication of TAT to the clients within 48hrs of sample receipt.
• Ensures appropriate environmental conditions for sample storage is monitored and maintained.
• Supports Quality Assurance Functions.
• Participate in Country tasks (maintaining the management system, audit, and reports).
• Participating in risk management activities to protect employees, avoid quality incidents and
• mitigate environmental impacts.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis of corrective actions.
