Samonda Business Complex, Ibadan is a new commercial development under construction in the Old Expoyo grounds, Sango. It will have 4,750 stalls, shops and spaces for sale. It is Public Private Partnership project of the Oyo State Government, supported by Wemabod Estates and overseas institutional financiers.

The forms will be out in the first week of October. You will need to obtain a form, pay 20% deposit and 5% agreement for the type of space you require and you will be guaranteed a slot. It is going to be allocated on a first pay, first allocated basis. We are putting finishes touches on an office in Aare. Forms are also likely to be available in the Ministry of Trade and Commerce at the Secretariat. First Bank, Agodi Secretariat will also sell the forms.

There are three basic categories, Open stalls (450k), Small lock up Shops (N1,250,000) and large lock up Shops ((N1,550,000). There will be other spaces for sale as the project progresses like canteens, banking halls. Facilities on site include banks, security post, fire station, ATM, Ample parking space and perimeter fencing. We will post layout 3D images online later today.

This project will deliver a commercial property with 4,750 unique stalls, shops and offices for direct sale to the public.
