Nigeria has a population of about 160 million from the 6 billion of the world population.even with these,less than 5% are rich while more than 95% are poor.the poor work for the rich that is why the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer.the question you must ask yourself is...WHAT CATEGORY DO YOU BELONG?

As at 2007,more than 12 million Nigerian graduates were unemployed, yet we have more than 500,000 students finishing from our different higher institutions yearly and graduating into an UNCERTAIN LABOUR MARKET and varying YEARS OF JOB SEARCH. It's a pity because the number keeps increasing!!!.

Besides this,most Nigerians labour everyday with complaints and little compensation ( salary) at every month end,believing they have jobs and yet they remain poor because they ignorantly Pass Over Opportunity Repeatedly ( POOR).This JOB (journey of the broke) takes care of little out of the many problems most family has until it is time to either RETIRE or RESIGN.some of the workers face RETRENCHMENT and some are being SACKED unexpectedly. at this time,they find out they have nothing to show for all the years of their HARD and STRESSFUL labour.what you must think is,are you safe from this outcome too?.
Frankly speaking,from our forefathers we all have big dreams,big ideas for better lives.but as we grow older,we allow the world to knock aside those spacious thought of ours and lead us to the unfulfilled environment ( the situation we find ourselves today).how many of your dreams have you achieved and how many are you going to accomplish if you continue with what you are doing currently?

Now it is time to get back all the lost glory that you might have dreamt of,but remember you can have all the vision you like but without something pushing like determination;everything remains a day dream (HOPE)

UNCERTAINTY OR FULFILMENT?...THEN READ THIS
Many workers remember they have to retire and many develop mixed feelings.that is happy and sad at the same time.Happy? Yes,they are happy that the everyday stress of waking up and rushing to work will come to an end.thinking about the traffic one fight with when going to and coming from work,coupled with the work load in the various workplaces is enough to dampen one's spirit.

An average Nigerian works for averagely 8-10 hours daily,and this continue day after days month after months, year after years.at the end of the month,they are given their salary which is not even enough to sustain them,but they only resolve to fate,half bread they say is better than none.
When it is time for retirement, sadness comes in because the regular flow of income in the name of salary ceases, little wonder we have official age in order to elongate our years of service.how would you explain a worker who is 64years of age,knowing fully well that the retirement age is 65,decides to adjust the age to 62years?.finally,we retire broke with little or nothing and as if that is not enough,we start battling the"old age sickness"(chronic diseases)e.g high blood pressure, stroke,diabetes, arthritis, cancer etc. look around you,how many retirees do you envy?the answer is none.
Many of us just accept this,because we feel we have no choice.it is high time we stopped considering ourselves as Slaves because we have choices which we have refused to go for,no wonder the late Afro beat maestro sang"suffering and smiling".thinking about this;when you get retired, the pension you get paid is not even enough to keep you fit.you begin to think of a small business you can do at least to sustain yourself.

when a child is born,who rejoices? the parents,relatives and friends. but who cries? the child.however, when we die,it should be the other way round.we should be rejoicing and have the satisfaction that we made a contribution to the world and left the world a little better place than we found it.let the world cry that it has lost a good soul and become poorer.
