RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE
HOW WE OPERATE
We are an importation group that sources various products through a Pre-Order process. This means we pull resources to meet the minimum order quantities from factories in China, with Mr. Olatunde as the Procurement/Buying Agent. This allows us to buy directly from factories at the lowest rates.
Note: These goods are not available in Nigeria and price of goods posted here are only the cost price ( i.e you will pay for shipping when goods lands)
BATCH ORDERS
We buy in batches, and items posted in each batch are available for at least 3 weeks.
PAYMENT
Please make payments immediately after showing interest in a product to secure the current exchange rate, as it can fluctuate.
NO REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds after orders have been placed for goods.
SHIPPING
- Sea Shipping: This takes 60 to 70 days after the goods leave China.
- Air Shipping: This takes 7-21 days after the order leaves China, depending on the type of item.
N.B. shipping times start after the goods leave China, not from the payment date.
PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING
Upon arrival of goods in Nigeria, participants have:
- 7 days to pay for sea shipping.
- 3 days to pay for air shipping.
If the shipping payment deadline is missed, items will be left at the cargo office. After a 5-day grace period, a demurrage fee of N1000 per item per day will apply. This fee is paid to the cargo company, and SOURCE IT ALL GLOBAL LIMITED (SAGL) has no control over it.
After a certain period of non-payment (10-30 days, depending on the cargo company), the cargo company may auction your item to recoup their costs. In this case, no refund will be provided.
