Job Title: Facility Manager (Ajah)
Our client, a fast-growing supermarket chain, is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of its warehouses and supermarket facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily facility operations across supermarkets and warehouse locations.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Supervise cleaning, security, and technical support teams.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and manage budgets for facility-related expenses.
• Support store and warehouse operations by ensuring optimal working conditions.
Requirements:
• HND or Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of proven experience managing retail or warehouse facilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with vendors effectively.
• Must reside in Ajah or its immediate environs.
