Alphalink Group is expanding its team, and we’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and results-driven professional to join us as a Customer Service/Marketing Officer.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy engaging with clients, have a passion for sales and marketing, and can turn enquiries into meaningful customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing client communications and enquiries
• Following up and converting leads
• Supporting sales and marketing activities
• Conducting market research and promoting our products and services
• Supporting social media content and marketing initiatives
• Maintaining customer records and coordinating client meetings
What we’re looking for:
🎓 B.Sc. or HND from a recognized institution
💼 Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
📞 Excellent communication and customer-service skills
🤝 Strong interpersonal, teamwork and relationship-management abilities
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage
📈 Strong sales and marketing abilities
📍 Location: Head Office, 2nd Floor Lixcarl Mall, Awoyaya, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.
