Description:
A top business technology solutions provider based in Kenya is looking to hire a Technical Sales Consultant to drive its Ghanaian market expansion. The ideal candidate has solid experience in SaaS and B2B sales, a strong understanding of the Ghanaian business environment, and a proven track record with tenders and technical bids.

You will be responsible for generating revenue, building client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle while working closely with internal teams across Africa.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SaaS sales and business development
• Solid experience in B2B sales and achieving sales targets
• Proven ability to manage tenders and bid processes effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM tools
• MBA or Master’s in Business is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
• Manage and grow key client accounts while delivering tailored technical solutions
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, RFIs, and RFPs
• Collaborate with internal pre-sales and business development teams
• Conduct market research and understand client-specific needs
• Present and demonstrate solutions to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals on favorable terms
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
• Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management
• Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences
