Continuing professional development for educators is one step we can fix our education system by empowering our teachers with the latest pedagogical practices such as the integration of aids in the classroom to enhance the retention ability of learners, bridge obvious learning gaps in the classroom which will translate to improved learning outcomes.

We have tested and piloted this model over the years across many classrooms in Lagos and Nigeria.
