Position: Food scientist
Responsibilities:
Analyze test results to classify products, or compare results with standard tables.
Compute moisture or salt content, percentages of ingredients, formulas, or other product factors, using mathematical and chemical procedures.
Conduct standardized tests on food, beverages, additives, and preservatives in order to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors such as colour texture and nutrients.
Examine chemical and biological samples in order to identify cell structures, and to locate bacteria, or extraneous material, using a microscope.
Prepare slides and incubate slides with cell cultures.
Provide assistance to food technologists in research and development, production technology, and quality control.
Qualification /Skills:
OND in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, and microbiology
At least 1 year of experience.
Ability to work in a team, smart and very articulate, Meticulous.

This position is open to residents in Lagos only and must live within Ebute-metta, Apapa, Surulere, Yaba, Ijora, or Orile area.
Preferably: A lady within the age of 25 to 40 years.
