Hailing from Umudaike, Asaba, Delta State, and born in Lagos, Dr. Frances is an alumnus of FGC Ilorin and the University of Benin. Today, she stands as an elite Conservative Dentist and the clinical lead at the Federal High Court Clinic, Lagos.

She is a dedicated Legionary, an impactful teacher in the Teaching Ministry of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria (CCRN), a talented choral singer, and a veteran of numerous community oral health outreaches.
When she isn't transforming smiles or leading the YCP house, she is currently sharpening her executive capacity through AEMP Leadership Training, keeping active with volleyball, handball, and aerobics, or enjoying some classic window shopping. 🏐🌿
