We're Hiring!

 Role: HR Business Partner (Outsourcing)

 Location: Oniru-Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: Competitive salary (open to negotiation) | Transport support | Hybrid | Leave Allowance | HMO | Pension

 What you'll do:

- Serve as primary HR contact for assigned clients
- Own the full employee lifecycle - recruitment to exit
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law & client policies
-Handle payroll inputs, leave, attendance & HR documentation
- Manage employee relations, discipline & performance issues
- Support policy development, HR audits & recruitment
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted HR advisor

 What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 4-5 years HR experience, with 3+ years in consulting/outsourcing or multi-client roles.
- Solid grasp of Nigerian Labour Law & statutory compliance.
- Proven experience managing HR across multiple business units/clients.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & organisational skills.
- CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification is a plus.
