This past Friday, we sat down with the Honourable Commissioner, Dr. Helen Adeniyi; Kogi State Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology and the Director General, Bashir Tenuche; KICTDA at the Ministry office in Lokoja — and it was a great one.
