The School of Business. (Nija).

Business operation is actually another school, either as a retiry from civil service, private enterprise or just going Into it at what ever levels, a graduate, master degree holder etc.

You must know that the sharks will identify you ones you set in and all they want is to smoke you, drain you of what ever resources you brought in, finances, expertriate, material and non material resources etc, you must be ready courageous enough to swim with these sharks no matter how much they drain from you.

You must accept the fact that you will be dining / faced with blood suckling demons who don't mind killing you taken over your business, (hackers, government bodies) etc or even end up having you as their staff in the company you have built, as a matter of fact you must recognise internal and external forces trying to take you down, competitors are rivals, who don't like the fact that you even venture into the business.

Now, how do you prepare for battles like these.

1. Knowledge that business is never fair, its only for the fittest.

2. Understand that your skin must be tick like that of the crocodile, you must be wiser than the serpent, gentle as the dove. (Resilience).

3. Your heart must be strong unwavering, dynamic, open and ready to dine with the street or the professionals for you to move up the ladder or expand your market reach.

Now note, when you come into business, don't just come for trading but to be a major player, greater market controller, business policy developer, controller's, regulators of the industry meaning you must venture into the political aspect of it directly or indirectly as a sponsor or kingmaker etc, if you don't accept these module, be sure that no matter how much you've brought in, those who understand the modules and play the game will soon slaughter you.

The Cons of Online Business in Nija.

I can effectively establish that over 75% of people who come online to place orders for item to buy have no genuine intention or do not actually have the means of buying, so they are either fraudsters or unstable minded fellows lead by greed with misappropriated intentions.

To combat these wreckless acts, seller's must demand a reasonable amount of money to atleast compensate for their logistics through and flow the transaction when the supposed buyers default on thier promises.

Oh yes many will not want to commit financially, it's either you accept payment on delivery or no deal, fine !!

To handle the situation further.

Is the order from what'sapp platform, does the customer dp have pictures, if so please demand photo i.d and be sure the photo I.d is full not halveds so you having incomplete information on them.
Next, set up purchase policies binding them on the order so it makes its difficult to back off from the order cos at the slightest opportunity, the funds budgeted for the purchase by them can be diverted unknowingly but when they are hooked mentally then they are extra careful in their dealings.

You must understand that you are mostly dealing with a set of irresponsible fellows from different backgrounds with understanding that so long they've not collected the item they are not committed regardless of how much you've spent to ensure the delivery.

I call these the knuckle breaker due to its efficiency as a game Changers when it comes to combat fighting, these knowledge is only available to those who have either witnessed it at a combat training centres or seen it been used spectacularly.

With one of these in your pocket while on a stroll and a good knowledge of its use I doubt you can be taken down by 5 to 10 opponents in a fight.
