Living in the moment is the best way to live, yet most of us struggle to do so. We let past disappointments and regrets, along with worries about the future, take so much control that even a fulfilling present can feel incomplete.

To live life fully, we need to keep our minds in the present. We must remind ourselves that we cannot change the past, nor can we fully predict the future. We can learn from our past experiences and work toward what lies ahead, but only by being fully engaged in the present moment do we truly live.

Why should we not speak about our pain to just anyone?

People with whom we share our emotions regularly influence how we feel about our situation.

Sometimes, the heart becomes so full of pain that it wants to release those feelings. Having the right person to talk to can make you feel relaxed, but if you open up to everyone, you might end up getting hurt even more. Sometimes people can't understand because they haven't experienced anything similar, or they don’t truly feel for you from the heart. Additionally, not everyone needs to know everything about your life.

If you're going through an emotional phase, talk to trustworthy people who understand you. If you feel there’s no one around, connect with your higher self. Breathe gently, pray, and meditate; you will start to feel lighter.
