*A Junior account needed for Immediate Employment*
Below are the criterias.
1. Educational Background: The candidate should have at least OND, HND or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. Relevant Experience: The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) is essential for this role. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
4. Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: The junior accountant should demonstrate the ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and develop appropriate solutions. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to Detail and Accuracy: The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess a high level of accuracy in their work to ensure that financial records are maintained in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and for presenting financial information to senior management.
7. Time Management and Organization: The junior accountant should be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, as well as maintain organized records and documentation.
