Young people are often asked what they want to become in the future.
It is an important question, but it can feel very far away when no one helps them connect that future to a skill, habit, decision, or opportunity they can begin exploring now.

It begins when a student learns to speak, create, solve, lead, practise, and take their own potential seriously.
The future is not one distant event. It is shaped by what a learner is exposed to and encouraged to attempt today.
What is one thing you wish someone had helped you begin while you were still in school?
