Today in the court room Mazi Nnamdi Kanu became visibly angry in court today as he furiously questioned the prosecutor and the Judge, demanding to know “which law am I being charged under?

According to Nigerian legal experts, the Terrorism (Prevention) (Amendment) Act, 2013 (the law used against him) has already been repealed by the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022. ⚖️

This revelation has raised serious questions about the legal basis of his ongoing trial.
