Let me open your eyes today. Because if you are selling land and struggling, it’s not because people don’t have money. It’s because you are selling the wrong thing.
I learned this the hard way.
I remember my early days in real estate marketing. I would wake up every morning, post land offers, list prices, list locations, even add things like “dry land,” “instant allocation,” “good title.” I did everything they told me to do.
And guess what?
Nobody was buying.
People would comment “INTERESTED,” but never reply my DM. They would ask for videos and then ghost me. Some would even follow me for site inspection, nod, smile, promise to “get back to me,” but never did.
At one point, I started questioning myself: Is this thing even real? Why is it so hard to sell?
But then, something happened that changed everything.
THE MOMENT EVERYTHING CHANGED
I met a man. A rich man. One of those people who could buy 5 plots without blinking. He had money. He was interested in real estate. He wanted to buy land.
So, naturally, I pitched him. I told him about the land, the size, the location, the price, the title. I gave him all the details.

My heart stopped.

What do you want to use the land for?
Do you want a quiet place to raise a family or land to resell for big profit later?
Are you looking for somewhere to start building immediately or a long-term investment?
And guess what? People started listening to me differently. They started calling me back. They started trusting me. Some would say, "Land prof, I like the way you think. I want you to handle all my land purchases."
Because suddenly, they saw that I was not just trying to take their money. I was helping them secure their future.
WHY THIS MATTERS TO YOU
If you’re selling land today, stop listing only sizes, prices, and locations. Nobody wakes up thinking, "I want to buy 600sqm today."
People buy land because they want to escape suffering. Because they want to stop paying rent. Because they don’t want their children to suffer house hunting in the future. Because they want to own something that nobody can take from them.
Sell that dream to them, and you will never chase clients again.
