Centre for Financial Journalism Nigeria Centre for Financial Journalism (CFJ) is Africa's First Practical School in Financial Journalism & Economic Communication Strategy based in Lagos.

Centre for Financial Journalism (CFJ) is established to provide tailor-made training programmes to financial journalists in Nigeria, and to conduct cutting-edge research on financial journalism with a view to raising the standard of the practice of financial journalism in the country. Centre for Financial Journalism will also conduct research on the media in general, and on economic, business and

financial issues. The research will aim at improving the practice of financial journalism in the country and illuminating some topical economic, business and financial issues. Centre for Financial Journalism is registered in Nigeria as a company limited by guarantee. The Centre mounts various programmes tailored to meet the needs of practising financial journalists, new entrants into the financial journalism field and aspiring financial journalists. The programmes are in the form of courses, seminars and workshops, which are facilitated by seasoned financial journalists and other professionals that make up the faculty of the centre. We also conduct research on various business and economic issues to boost financial market intelligence.
