General Staff Meeting holding today at school Office. By 11am prompt.
The opening address of the meeting has been declared by the chairman of the PTA . Deaconess (Mrs) Ndetuokit by thanking the entire staff and also appreciate God for His wonderous work He has done to Keep Us Alive. Deaconess Afiong Ulo , The HM of the School also Adding that She is much impressed by the way Teachers turnout Massively on the resumption day, meanwhile the minutes of the last meeting has been read by the school Secretary Aunt Patience Odokwo and adopted by MR. Uloh and seconded by Aunt Imaobong. Whereas the business of the day has been discussed concerning how to move the School Forward.the schedule of class teaches in some classes has done by HM Deaconess Afiong Ulo,Under AOB, Rev. Edietteh said something about the last party session that was done, He stress on the need that we should not seek the attention of External Body, he also said the teacher should choose their outing Wear as soon as possible. Apostle Edet Charley said some certain things should be streamline in order for the school to progress, Apst. Charley also thanks the teachers for their wonderful wok they are done in the school.The meeting adjournment its done by Mr.Mfon Elensi , Seconded by Mr.Uloh.The meeting comes to
an end at exactly 2pm prompt and closing prayer said by Aunt Ruth Uyeh .Apostle Charley , the secretary general of the Mount Zion Mission Inc.Is one of the participant.
