2𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗼 TAKE CARE of 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆
The weather has been seriously hot lately 🥵 And because of this heat, almost everybody is walking around half naked; singlet, no shirt, nothing. 90% of people are just exposing their body anyhow because of the heat.
And that is exactly where the problem starts.
As you are exposing your body like that, the breeze is entering freely, going straight into your lungs without any barrier. Most people don't even know they have a cold at first. They feel fine. They carry on with their day.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:
🌿 Moringa leaf
🌿 Unripe pawpaw
🌿 Pawpaw leaf
🌿 Lemongrass
🍋 Lime 3 to 5 pieces
🍋 Lemon 2 pieces
🌿 Avocado pear leaf
🌿 Guava leaf
🌿 Scent leaf: enough quantity
🧅 Onion: both white and purple/red onion
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
✓Wash all the leaves thoroughly, then boil everything together for 30 minutes.
✓After that, slice the scent leaf and add it at last, together with the onion. These two go in at the end so they don't lose their potency.

✅ One glass cup every morning, before food, taken warm.
✅ One glass cup last thing at night, also taken warm
