- 15%: ₦800,001 - ₦3,000,000
- 18%: ₦3,000,001 - ₦12,000,000
- 21%: ₦12,000,001 - ₦25,000,000
- 23%: ₦25,000,001 - ₦50,000,000
- 25%: ₦50,000,000 and above

An investment in self-development is never a waste.

I remember as far back as 2013 when I started my payroll journey as a young HR professional who was asked to manage the payroll of 5 different business entities.

I was really scared and nervous, but I took a step of faith. Yes, along the way I made a few mistakes here and there, but I never gave up.

Perhaps because I naturally loved numbers and decided to get the necessary training, which eventually did pay off.

Over the years, I have been able to successfully do the following
• Execute and supervise the payroll function and team effortlessly.
• Design a customized payroll structure
• Companies where I have worked.
• Carry out a compensation & benefits survey and build a customized payroll template.
• Implement the use of payroll software
• Train over 50 people in payroll/ comp& benefits
• Most recently a payroll simulation and adjustment based on the New Tax Act.
The lesson from my story is that you can do whatever it is you have set your heart to do, just as I did in my payroll journey.
