2 Cucumbers
5 Carrots
1 Mould Of Ghana Black Soap
2 Table Spoons Of Honey
1 Tea Spoon Of Preservative
1 Lemon
2 tablespoons of baking soda
2 Tea spoon Tumeric powder
3 Tablespoons vegetable glycerin

PROCEDURES
1.Chop The Carrot And Cucumbers And Blend It With A Blender
2 Sieve It And Extract The Juice.i.e The Water ( Do Not Add Water)
3. Put Ghana Black Soap In A Bowl Or Mortar
4 Extract The Lemon Juice And Add it
5. Add Your Cucumber And Carrot Juice You Extracted
6. Add Your Honey, tumeric,baking soda, glycerin and preservative
7.Mix It Properly With Your Hands Or With Your Pestle

BENEFITS OF RICE WATER

Skin toner: rice water is an excellent skin tones, it helps in keeping the skin smooth and glowing. It will even your skin tone.

Brightens your skin: rice water is far more beneficial to the skin than those artificial product that claims to lightening and brightening the skin. Use rice water as your regular face wash to get that glow on your face. It will gradually improve your skin tone. Damp a cotten ball in rice water and apply it on your face let it air dry.

Soothe sunburn: rice water is also used in cooling inflammations and burnt skin. It will help your skin recover fast and prevent further damage.

Deals with eczema: the starch components help in dealing with eczema. Boil your rice with water, take it down from the heat let it cool and strain the water and apply on the eczema. Frequently use will eliminate eczema.

Reduces pore size: damp a cotton ball in rice water and apply to your skin, the rice water act as an astringent and thus tightens the skin making it appears smaller. It firm up the pores as well.

Ingredients
2 wrap of Ghana black soap
4 tsps turmeric
Lemon juice 60ml
Lime juice 60ml
Honey half cup
Basil 1 tsp
Neem 2 tbsp
Sulphur 1 tsp
Coconut oil 2tbsp
Cinnamon 2 tbsp
Activated charcoal
1 tbsp Mint oil
half tsp or one tbsp of mint powder
Arrowroot 1 tsp
Clove 1 tsp
Method
Mix together and that’s your pimples soap

*RICE FLOUR WHITENING SOAP*

Ingredients you will need –
1 soap (preferably pears, but you can take any transparent soap)
1 teaspoon of almond oil
1 teaspoon of glycerin
2 vitamin E capsules
