*BRAIN BOX OF MLM*
What is brainbox?
This is mechanical engineering language, is part of modern cars that supplies senses to the car to work perfectly.
Once this part is removed from the car,it breaks down and malfunction.
Likewise MLM there are some people (brainbox) that must be in your business if you don't have them, your business cannot grow. If it grows,it will stuck at a level.
Therefore ,you must strive to have those BRAINBOX in your TEAM. They are:
*Brainbox no 1 is Leader* . The growth in Mlm is possible by the numbers of leaders you develop in your TEAM. You cannot grow your business with singular effort .i.e only you.You must develop who will go out and create more leaders in various post. without having leaders in your TEAM, you get tired in this business.
-Build Team Leaders-
*CATALYSTS* .You need catalyst in your TEAM. Who are the catalyst? They speed up the others that are not taking the business seriously These are the people that will change the entire business skills.They speed up the reaction and perception of others, You need them.
*BUILDERS.* You need to develop BUILDERS in your network business. Who are the builders? These people painstakingly build their business steadily. They may not grow very fast but their pace generates a push. They don't quit easily, they are only slow but steadfast.
*PENETRATORS.* Haba ,you need people that can pe*****te every corner in your business. These people pe*****tes every city,sector,etc.Their legs are everywhere. They don't stay in a place to build the buisness. They pe*****te offices, cafeterias, joints and Hubs prospecting. You need 2 to 3persons doing that in your TEAM if you desire growth.
*MOBILIZERS* . For effective SEMINAR, Mobilizers makes it possible. These people bring people to seminar weekly .They sustain your weekly seminars. They are the grassroots of the buisness, Discover them, Groom them and watch the buisness bloom.
*Loyalists* : These set of people are very vital in Mlm. They have a vision, they set their Targets and they Focus on the course. You need them like the air you breadth. They are not distracted, they remain Loyal to the TEAM and the Company.
*MOTIVATOR* : America will never do anything without setting motivation in tone. You need motivational speakers in your TEAM who will stir the minds of the prospects and team members to work and bring back those that have left by virtue of what they heard. You need good Speakers, vibrant in words and actions to encourage the listeners during seminars.
*INFLUENCER* . To enjoy open doors to some important places in Mlm. You need influencers. These people will create access into places by virtue of their influence. Some of them may not be interested in the buisness after signing up, but they give you a soft landing to leverage on their contacts such as Kings of city,clergy men.ceo of company,Politicians etc.
