3) Click on *RequestNow*

4) Choose your means of identification ( drivers license, international passport, national id card, voters card) *note* : if you have upgraded upto kyc3 then, there will be no need this *no 4*

5) Sellect either *pickup* at any Opay office listed close to your or *home delivery*

6).Insert the *Referal ID 8032408305* This is very important . Dont miss the code above.

7) Proceed to payment the cost of the card is #700 and if you select "Express" a delivery fee of #300 will be charged for users within Lagos and #500 outside Lagos. All payment will be from the app.

8) A summary page will be displayed, showing a successful application and the caskback received.

*3. AN OTP WILL BE SENT TO THE NUMBER FROM OPAY TO VERIFY THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE NUMBER YOU INPUTED.*

*4. ENTER THE 6 DIGIT OTP SENT TO YOU VIA SMS.*

*5. THE NEXT STAGE IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS WHICH YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL IN ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED ON THE FORM.*
