This is a 3 bedrooms flat or a 5 bedrooms duplex building plan.
If your choice is the 3 bedrooms flat, the staircase space becomes the laundry room, but if your choice is 5 bedrooms duplex, the space for staircase remains staircase.

For the 5 bedrooms duplex, the entrance from outside becomes a relaxing porch for family to gather and look out to the happenings in the environment while discussing and having drinks. The ante room and toilet becomes library and court yard upstairs. The bedroom and toilet beside ante room becomes Master toilet, secret save where hard currencies and valuables are stashed with a security door and a master wall robe upstairs. The kitchen becomes the master bedroom upstairs. The dining at ground floor becomes office upstairs, where the security system of the entire building, compound and movements around the four corners of the fence is being watched and recorded in the office through CCTV cameras planted where necessary within.
The living room at ground floor becomes open gallery and railed at a side all through to avert falling off by mistake. The bedroom and toilet at the extreme left side won't be decked but roofed to the wall of the office and madam bedroom toilet. The extreme left bedroom and toilet becomes madam bedroom and toilet upstairs and the toilet will be decked to serve as water tank stand.

A swimming pool, 2 car park, soak away space, gardening area, security and boys quarter.

This building can fit into a 100 x 50 feet or 15m x 30m land measurement.
But I would advice you make it two plots or 1½plots to have space to make small football pitch for kids, a small garden for growing vegetables, dwarf orange, apples, mango, guava, pear, grapefruit, few banana and plantain suckers, build a fish pound, and rare domestic animals like chickens, goats, pigs for egg and meat.

Due to the covid-19, I couldn't go out and get drawing sheet as bookshop are closed, so I did on paper, will develop the 3D, the foundation and profile layout soon.
