6. Diffuses Conflict: Kindness can diffuse tension and conflict, creating a more positive and constructive atmosphere for resolving issues.

20 friends don't play together for 20 years.
All men where born equal but don't remain equal after some period of time.
Ask yourself the following questions:
1. Why are some people failing while others are succeeding?
2. Based on the pareto principle of success, why is it that it's only 20% of every population that attains success while the remaining 80% are in the average or failing?
3. Does it mean those succeeding are more favoured by God or nature?

answered, “What if they do not believe me or listen to me and say, ‘The Lord did not appear to you’?”.
Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.
But Moses said, “Pardon your servant, Lord. Please send someone else.”
– Exodus 4:1,10&13. NIV.

It’s too difficult! I am not qualified! I don’t have the necessary skills and education! I am not ready! I am from a very poor family! I am too old! I am too young! My ethnicity and race won’t let them accept me! I am not beautiful or handsome! etc. These are a few of the common excuses that prevent people from stepping out of their comfort zone, hence minimizing their great potential.
The fear of the unknown, societal approval, excuses, and doubts have long been obstacles that have hindered countless individuals from reaching their full potential in life. These factors can paralyze one's progress and prevent them from taking risks or pursuing their dreams.
The fear of the unknown is a powerful force that can hold people back. The uncertainty of what lies ahead can be daunting, causing individuals to shy away from stepping out of their comfort zones. This fear often stems from a lack of confidence or a fear of failure. However, it is important to remember that growth and success come from embracing new experiences and challenges.
Societal approval plays a significant role in shaping people's decisions. The constant worry about what others will think or say can lead to conformity and stifled creativity. Many individuals are afraid to pursue their passions because they fear judgment or rejection from others. However, it is essential to prioritize personal fulfillment over societal expectations to live a truly fulfilling life.
Excuses and doubts are detrimental to personal growth. Making excuses allows individuals to avoid taking responsibility for their actions or lack thereof. Doubts create self-limiting beliefs that prevent one from believing in their abilities and potential for success. Overcoming these barriers requires self-reflection and the willingness to challenge negative thoughts.
The fear of the unknown, societal approval, excuses, and doubts have stagnated many in life by preventing them from taking risks or pursuing their dreams. It is crucial for individuals to confront these obstacles head-on to unlock their full potential and live a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.
Samson used a jawbone to fight and defeat his enemies. Moses used a rod. David used a slingshot to kill Goliath. Jesus used five loaves of bread and two fishes to feed five thousand people. God Himself had to use the earth (sand) to create man.
Greatness and success begin with us, with what we have, where we are and the people around us.
is that in your hand?” “A staff,” he1 replied. Exodus 4:2. NIV.
This verse from the Bible holds a profound message about looking inwards and recognizing our own gifts and talents. It teaches us that success lies within us, waiting to be discovered.
Often, we tend to look outside ourselves for success. We compare ourselves to others and seek validation from external sources. However, this verse reminds us that we already possess everything we need to achieve greatness. Just like Moses had a simple staff in his hand, each one of us has unique abilities and talents waiting to be unleashed.
Looking inwards means acknowledging our strengths and weaknesses. It means identifying our passions and interests. By doing so, we can tap into our full potential and use our gifts to achieve success.
Moreover, looking inwards allows us to cultivate self-belief and confidence. When we recognize the value of what we have within us, it becomes easier to overcome challenges and pursue our goals with determination.
Exodus 4:2 serves as a powerful reminder that success begins by looking within ourselves. We must acknowledge the gifts and talents bestowed upon us by God or nature. By doing so, we can unlock our full potential and pave the way for a successful journey ahead.

You are not a biological accident; you are a god created in the image and likeness of God to be a solution to the challenges of the world and to have dominion over your environment.
Many are poor, failing, in lack and want, unable to fulfill their destinies; not because they don’t have what it takes to succeed, but because they haven’t recognized and maximized their God-given inherent abilities, discovered the geographical location God has designated for them to succeed or deciphered the right people they need to climb to the top.
Nothing in life is accidental; everything around and within you is designed to give you what you need and want. It is in your power to define what you want or need and use these forces to actualize your dreams and fulfill your purpose here on earth.
What you have is far greater than what you lack, that which you can do is more than that which you can’t. It is easier to succeed than to fail only if you can discover the special and hidden treasures deposited in you by your Creator.
