In forex trading, the bid price is the highest price the market will pay to buy a currency from you (the price you sell at). The ask price is the lowest price the market will accept to sell a currency to you (the price you buy at). The ask price is always higher than the bid price.

Spread is the gap between the bid price and the ask price, it's a tiny difference that acts as the fee or commission paid to your broker for opening the trade.

What is a pip and pip movement?
When it comes to currency exchange rate, the smallest valid change in price rate is what we call pip, usually the fourth digit number after the decimal point.

i.e EURUSD 1.1550 increasing by 1 pip is now 1.1551

But for the JPY pairs it's different here it became the second digit number after the decimal point.

i.e USDJPY 190.34 increasing by 1 pip is now 190.35

Forex pair with the lowest spread best for beginner traders.

The EURUSD happens to be the pair with the most liquidity cause it's being traded worldwide and the most traded currency pair in the world.
Thats why the spread on this pair has to be significantly low and best for beginners to start with
