The season of Christmas reminds us as leaders of the ultimate motivation for our service -- LOVE.

We can't lead people without loving them, though we can love people without leading them.
To keep leading, we must keep loving.

It also shows that our love for the people is seen;
I. In the value we place on them
II. In the value we give to them.

When we love the people we will value them and always endeavour to give them the best knowing that anything less won't be adequate.
