What is Trade and Commercial Law?. Trade is Buy and Sale Transaction Which first exist by Barter and take in Commercial. Therefore Commercial law is a body of law that governed the right of Buy and Sale. Statutory of Buy and Sale or Statutory that Shows bargain between two Parties Vendor are Deed, Receipt, Agreement and Witness.
